Overview

The August gathering will be an opportunity to explore, experiment with, and experience alternative approaches to preaching. Participants will experience a few different approaches to proclaiming the gospel, work through the concept of "alternative approaches to preaching," and have the opportunity to preach and receive feedback in a supportive environment. In between the sessions, we will engage in facilitated discussions about the creativity in preaching and what we are learning about the nature of compelling preaching. In the afternoons and evenings, there will be space for you to experience the beautiful grounds of Green Lake Conference Center (and maybe even some time on the lake for those who are interested)!
